Shipping and Delivery Policies
Products ordered through website for delivery are either to be picked up by associate in person or through our delivery partner which can be through our courier partner or showroom partners, if the delivery service to the destination is available. In absence of courier service or our partners to the desired location, the products are to be picked up by the associate in Person. In such cases the associate need to provide a valid Adhaar card or Pan Card or any other valid identity card.
Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of Genex before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant or the area is not covered or the product is too expensive to ship, we would request you to come over to our office and take your order.
Shipping to locations outside India is done through our partners or our showroom partners outside India. We track every order and update the status on our website, alternatively our customers can track the order via unique tracking number provided to them at the time of booking.
The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Delivery time varies from 30 days to 180 days depending upon the kind of product ordered.

Restricted Delivery areas - Delivery to insurgent areas, prisons, border area or forward post cannot be done by us or our partners.
