By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
If you have remaining SVC, GDVC credits in your account, it will be used to pay for your next product purchase. If there are insufficient SVC credits, the system will direct you automatically to pay the balance to Wallet and earn balance SVC coupons.
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. Buy and Delight ordering system is designed on 'first-come-first-served' basis and is an on demand product site. To ensure that you get your desired product, it is required to redeem your SVC Coupons and Wallet. Since it is a closed loop payment system you need to have sufficient balance for both.
Buy and Delight is a popular shopping spot and gets lots of shoppers at a time. These limits are in place to make sure everyone has a good time trying and purchasing their products. So - Each associate is entitled to only one (1) Buy and Delight order every checkout. - Your account must have sufficient SVC Coupons and Wallet balance before you can checkout the Buy and Delight Product - Kindly clear all pending payments before another checkout.
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For every orders booked, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you. Payment done can be checked online on Shinegenex portal, Deducted amount can be seen on the SVC coupons and Wallet Section of the CRM.
After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: once the payment is processed we cannot give refund, since it is a closed loop payment system we would not be in a position to reverse the entries.
Associates who book orders via, Buy and Delight portal can expect the products to arrive at our Lucknow office within 30 to 90 days for first booking upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.
However if you redeem Geet Miles on Buy and Delight or our partner websites a nominal 10% Administrative and Handling fee is charged.
Administrative and Handling fee covers the delivery, material, labour and logistics cost to support the partner website.
All your orders are first received at our Head Office and can be collected by associates from the office itself. In case delivery is required we make necessary arrangements and provide tracking number for our associate's convenience
SVC Coupons and Wallet are the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be get the option which displays your current SVC Coupon balance and Wallet Balance.
We have made it very simple for you. You just need to book the order and all calculation for your SVC Coupon Redemption and wallet balance deduction will happen in back end. You will see all details pre-filled in the form once you are satisfied by your order choice and have verified the SVC & Wallet balance click on buy. After a successful payment, a payment invoice will be automatically generated to Buy and Delight system for your order.

We take such matters very seriously and that's the reason why such exclusive and costly items are shipped to our office first and then our associates are called upon for direct delivery.
Any breakage during Transit is taken care of by Shine group. We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged samples received, We will give a replacement for the same.

2. In the event of Associate trying to cancel the order due to delay- Though we try our level best to deliver product on time but sometimes the products are in transit and get delayed by some unforeseen circumstances. You will get the product only since there is no refund policy on expensive products.
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Rest assured in such scenarios you will be intimated and will get a replacement product.
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event that the sample you've received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive. We are offering packages at a throw away prices and actual image of product seen on website is just a graphical representation. It should not be perceived as the actual product photograph. What we promise is value of the product delivered will be at the best discounted rate.

2. In the event you've received your order with a missing sample, we will take back the product there and then and will replace it with an alternate package. This is the reason why delivery happens in presence of both the parties.
